We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth IT operations, data security, and system efficiency.
What you will do
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT policies.
- Set up and maintain company email and communication systems.
- Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Network security, system administration.
- Location: Egypt.
