We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage and support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment.
What you will do
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation-related tasks.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role.
- Education: HR or Business degree.
- Skills: HR management, communication.
- Location: Egypt.
