What you will do

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or higher.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patience.
- Location: Egypt.
