We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business decision-making.
What you will do
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documents.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Location: Egypt.
